Make your project pages readable by search and AI assistants
Buyers increasingly ask assistants about developments. Clear facts and structured data help yours get found and quoted accurately.
People now ask search engines and AI assistants questions like which new developments are near a station or what a project includes. The pages that answer clearly are the ones that get cited.
State the facts plainly
Put the essentials in real text, not only in images or PDFs: location, completion date, number of units, unit types, price range and amenities. Assistants and crawlers read text far more reliably than a brochure image.
Add structured data
Schema.org markup helps machines understand what a page is about. Use Organization for the developer, and describe the project and its offers where an appropriate type exists. Validate it before launch and keep it in sync with what the page actually says.
Answer real questions
- Add an FAQ written from real enquiries.
- Use descriptive headings buyers would search for.
- Keep one canonical page per project.
- Make sure pages are crawlable and fast.
Do not overpromise
Accuracy matters more than cleverness. Out-of-date prices or availability get repeated by assistants too, so keep the facts current and dated.
