### Who do you work with?
Real estate businesses only: agencies and brokerages, developers and property managers, mainly in Australia, the US, the UK, New Zealand and the UAE. Every site, template and process we run is built for property, so we already know your buyers, sellers, tenants and sales cycle.

### How long does a new project website take?
Most launches take 6 to 10 weeks from kickoff, depending on how much 3D and how many unit types are involved. We agree the schedule before we start.

### How do you protect our search rankings in a redesign?
We audit what already ranks, map every existing URL, set up permanent redirects and check indexing after launch. No one can guarantee rankings, but this approach keeps the risk as low as it can be.

### Can our team update prices and availability?
Yes. Every build ships with a CMS and admin area where your team edits stock, pricing and news without a web developer.

### Will the 3D slow the site down?
We hold a performance budget from day one: lightweight models, lazy loading and a fast fallback on weak devices. 3D is an enhancement, never a blocker.

### What happens after launch?
Our care plan covers hosting, updates, monitoring and small changes each month, so the site stays fast and current as the project sells.

### Will our current website stay online during a redesign?
Yes. We work in a private staging environment, then plan the launch and redirects before anything changes publicly. Your existing site stays live until the new one is ready.

### Who owns the website and content?
You do. Your domain, content, CMS data and final website remain yours. We use third-party tools only where agreed and call out any separate licence or subscription costs.

### Can you connect our listing feed or CRM?
Often, yes. We first check the provider's API, feed format, permissions, data quality and security requirements. Integration work is scoped separately, and provider, CRM or API fees are not automatically included.

### Can we access the CMS and get support after launch?
Yes. We hand over CMS access and a short walkthrough. Ongoing updates, monitoring and small changes can continue under the Care plan.
